GUEST OVERVIEW: Scott Newgent is a transgender man who transitioned at the age of 42. Before his transition, he was known as Kellie King, a successful business sales executive. However, his transition led to numerous medical complications, including seven surgeries, a pulmonary embolism, an induced stress heart attack, sepsis, a 17-month recurring infection, and more. These complications resulted in significant losses, including his home, car, savings, career, wife, medical insurance, and faith in himself and God. Scott’s experiences have led him to become an outspoken critic of the medical industry’s approach to transgender healthcare, particularly when it involves children. His story has been featured in various media outlets, including Matt Walsh's documentary “What is a Woman?” where he discusses the devastating health consequences of his transition.
