GUEST OVERVIEW: Prof. James Fetzer, a former Marine Corps officer, earned his Ph.D. in the history and the philosophy of science and, after a 35-year academic career, is Distinguished McKnight University Professor Emeritus of Philosophy on the Duluth Campus of the University of Minnesota. A prolific scholar, he has 24 books in traditional academic areas, including the foundations of scientific knowledge, of computer science, AI, and cognitive science, and the evolution of mentality. Less conventionally, he has pioneered collaborative research by bringing together experts to sort out the most complex and controversial events of our time, including JFK, 9/11, Wellstone, Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, Orlando & Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas and (more recently) Buffalo, Uvalde and (even) Nashville.

She has a background as a Training and Development Manager for Courtaulds and Eurotunnel and has undertaken funded research on Inclusive Leadership in industry and in Higher Education as well research examining the impacts of nationality, personality and gender on leadership and marketing decisions. She is the author of six books, over thirty peer-reviewed journal articles and has been keynote speaker at several major international conferences. She has conducted consultancies on leadership, the talent pipeline and Design for large organisations including M&S, Ford, Allen and Overy solicitors and Fujitsu. She is an Honorary Member of the Farkhunda Trust for Women's Higher Education Scholarships.

During his tenure at Judicial Watch, he obtained a court ruling that Bill Clinton committed a crime, the first lawyer ever to have done so against an American president. Larry became so famous for fighting corruption in the government and the legal profession that the NBC hit drama series "West Wing" created a character after him: Harry Klaypool of Freedom Watch.
