GUEST OVERVIEW: Fred is a former Marine Corps Officer decorated for combat leadership, heroism, and lifesaving. Fred is well trained and has successfully led Marines and others in a variety of areas useful to our cause. Fred’s training includes Communications, Strategic Intelligence, Flag-level Wargaming, Management of "OpFor"--Opposing Forces strategies and tactics. He has served with noted distinction at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island and National Defense University.
