GUEST OVERVIEW: Ian Plimer is Emeritus Professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Melbourne, where he was Professor and Head of Earth Sciences, after serving at the University of Newcastle as Professor and Head of Geology. He was Professor of Mining Geology at The University of Adelaide and has published more than 140 scientific papers & was one of the editors for the five-volume Encyclopedia of Geology. Ian Plimer is the Author of 'Green Murder: A Life Sentence of Net Zero with No Parole'. In this book he charges the greens with murder; the murder of humans who are kept in eternal poverty without coal-fired electricity; of forests and their wildlife by clear felling for mining, wind turbines and their bushfire policies; of economies producing unemployment and hopelessness; of free speech and freedoms and the intellectual and economic future of young people.
