In 1989 President Bush Sr. signed into law the biological weapons anti-terrorism act that had been called for and drafted by Professor Boyle. His 2005 book, Biowarfare and Terrorism details the dangerous and illegal actions take by several us government administrations that made both the 2001 anthrax attacks and covid-19 inevitable.
