GUEST OVERVIEW: Major General Sitiveni Rabuka is the current Prime Minister of Fiji, having assumed office on December 24, 2022 He previously served as the Prime Minister of Fiji from 1992 to 1999 and as the Chairman of the Great Council of Chiefs from 1999 to 2001. The Prime Minister is a member of the People’s Alliance party and leads a tripartite coalition that includes the Social Liberal Democratic Party and the National Federation Party.
