GUEST 1 OVERVIEW: eter Ramsay is a Professor of Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He mainly teaches and writes about criminal law and punishment. His academic research focuses on the relationship between the criminal law, civil liberty and the state’s sovereignty. After the Brexit referendum in 2016 he was one of the founders of The Full Brexit, a network of academics, journalists and other writers who supported leaving the European Union but were not traditional conservative Eurosceptics. He blogs about politics at The Northern Star online.
