Marc talks about the recent collapse of green energy and the unprecedented flow of 'federal climate cash' going to the states, and how California doesn't even have enough bureaucrats to spend the money. GUEST OVERVIEW: Paul Taylor is the author of CLIMATE FETISH (available now).
