On today's show, Mark Powell discusses recent affirmative action ruling by supreme court, and how it ultimately boils down to a failed public education system that is not properly preparing a vast majority of students for workforce or college. Later, Sam Ditzhazy discusses Michigan House passes bill that could make using wrong pronouns a felony, fineable up to $10,000Under the new bill, 'intimidating' an individual in regards to their gender identity can result in prison time or a $10,000 fine. Also, Esther Valdes Clayton discusses the status of Illegal aliens and what is going on at the border of San Diego. She dives deep on migrants and child labor laws.
