Woodrow has worked on campaigns all across the country, from city council to presidential races, and built a reputation for winning races , in traditionally blue seats. Woodrow managed the independent expenditure effort to re-elect Congressman Will Hurd, one of the only three republicans who won a democratic district in 2018.
