GUEST 1 OVERVIEW: Mark P. Mostert is the Senior Researcher at Able Americans, focusing on supporting individuals with disabilities. He holds an undergraduate degree from Johannesburg College of Education, an M.Ed. in special education from the University of South Alabama, and a Ph.D. from the University of Virginia. With 35 years in academia, including at Regent University, Mark has been a professor, director, and researcher in special education. He has also consulted on disability policy for the UN.
