GUEST OVERVIEW - Bill Etheridge, born in Wolverhampton in 1970, hails from an aspirational working-class background. Raised by hardworking parents, his father's dedication to work and study influenced him. His grandfather's valor in WWII, recognized by Field Marshall Montgomery, shaped his family's ethos. After schooling in Wolverhampton, Etheridge pursued a career in the Steel Stockholding industry, climbing from the shop floor to Managing Director over two decades. Transitioning to politics, he worked for the Tories before joining UKIP in 2011. His political journey, marked by grassroots activism and electoral success, includes roles as an MEP and Metropolitan Borough Councillor. Etheridge's speaking engagements range from local councils to the United Nations, and his media presence includes interviews with prominent figures and participation in televised debates. Additionally, he founded a charity aiding those with physical and mental health needs and became a published author in recent years.

GUEST OVERVIEW: Tara Rodas has been a public servant for more than 20 years, 17 of which have been dedicated to serving the Federal Inspector General (IG) community. In 2021, Tara answered the humanitarian call from OPM to support the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) urgent efforts to care for and place migrant children entering the U.S. via the southern border with sponsors in the U.S. While serving on detail with HHS’ Unaccompanied Children (UC) Program, she discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in their home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when HHS delivers a child to a sponsor – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations. On April 26, 2023, she testified at the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement hearing and said, “Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the US Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.” Tara is now known as the HHS Whistleblower who exposed government-sponsored, taxpayer-funded child trafficking.

GUEST OVERVIEW:  Ryan Fournier is an American conservative activist and political commentator. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey in 1995, Ryan Fournier is a first-generation college graduate. 
 
At Campbell University, Fournier earned a degree in Political Science with high honors, served as chapter president of his fraternity, while also launching the Students for Trump initiative as a freshman. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Eta Sigma, and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. Ryan was awarded the Newsmax ’30 Most Influential Republicans Under 30’ award two-years in a row, and has been recognized by over 500 publications for his work in the 2016 election and beyond. 
 
Fournier currently serves as the Chairman of Students for Trump, a national student mobilization effort which seeks the reelection of President Donald J. Trump. Ryan is also the Executive Director of Radical Alert.
