Professor Gloria Moss & Sarah Plumley (Part 2) on Sky Dragon Slaying - 18 September 2022
GUEST 1 OVERVIEW: Professor Moss is a professor of Management and Marketing and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She has a background as a Training and Development Manager for Courtaulds and Eurotunnel and has undertaken funded research on Inclusive Leadership in industry and in Higher Education as well research examining the impacts of nationality, personality and gender on leadership and marketing decisions. She is the author of seven books, over seventy peer-reviewed journal and conference articles and has been keynote speaker at several major international conferences. She has conducted consultancies on leadership, the talent pipeline and Design for large organisations including M&S, Ford, Allen and Overy solicitors and Fujitsu. She is an Honorary Member of the Farkhunda Trust for Women's Higher Education Scholarships.
GUEST 2 OVERVIEW: Sarah Plumley is a professional teacher of mathematics, a GCSE mathematics examiner (UK) and a passionate Home Education advocate. She invented Guerrilla Ed(ucation) - a Home Ed Training and Membership Site for busy parents looking to rescue their children from the beast system. Her mission is to train high-quality, hard-working parent-teachers. Sarah Plumley has a first-class honours degree from The University of Manchester (a Russell Group University), a Postgraduate Certificate of Secondary Education in Mathematics (PGCE) with Merit, and holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
