GUEST 1 OVERVIEW: Professor Edward J. (Ted) Steele is a molecular and cellular immunologist, geneticist and microbiologist and the author of six books and over 100 scientific research papers. He conducted research and taught at the Australian National University’s John Curtin School of Medical Research and worked at The University of Toronto’s Ontario Cancer Institute, The Welcome Trust in the UK and The University of Wollongong. Professor Steele is a C.Y. O’Connor Foundation Life Fellow and currently lives and works in Melbourne consulting in cancer research and other areas of biomedical biotech R&D. Since 2015, Professor Steele has been publishing on Cosmic Biology data, combining his biomedical genetic experience with the acknowledged founder of the new scientific discipline of Astrobiology, Professor N Chandra Wickramasinghe.

Rosie completed her law degree, through Charles Darwin University, later in life because of a Royal Commissionesque issue with her bank, having lost everything at Summary Judgment. Three years later when she sued the bank for damages, the matter was settled out of court. Initially, Rosie couldn’t understand how the bank managed to get everything, leaving her broke despite a bank settlement. She started her law degree solely to become an expert so she could talk about what happened as an expert and not as a victim. During her last university semester, Rosie decided that she would quite like to be a lawyer.

GUEST OVERVIEW: Originally from Manchester in England, Fr Chris moved to Oxford at the age of eighteen where he met his wife Rachel and became a Policeman, serving for ten years in both Oxford and London. Fr Chris discovered the ‘Oxford-Movement’ and Anglo-Catholicism whilst in Oxford and trained for the priesthood at Cuddesdon, Oxford, with liturgical studies at St Stephen’s House where he was ordained Deacon in 2010. Fr Chris and his family moved to Newcastle, Australia later that year at the invitation of the bishop and took up the post of Assistant Priest at Williamtown, Medowie and Mallabula; he was ordained priest on 2nd May 2011 at Christ Church Cathedral, Newcastle.

GUEST OVERVIEW: Daniel Broudy has lived in Japan since 1995 and has been on the faculty of Okinawa Christian University since 2005 where he lectures in areas ranging from communication theory to visual rhetoric. His doctoral work in applied psycholinguistics has been part of an ongoing effort to understand the roots of traumatic memory. His present research focuses on sounds, symbols, signs, images, and colours as tools used by power centers that aim to shape knowledge and influence human perception and emotion. Daniel has authored, co-authored, and edited essays, songs, reviews, scholarly articles, chapters, volumes, and books in the humanities and social sciences. He is Co-editor for Propaganda in Focus, Synaesthesia journal, and Co-convener for the Working Group on Propaganda and the 9/11 ‘Global War on Terror’.
